Lucid Express, the Hong Kong-based shoegaze band, has released their second album, "Instant Comfort", marking a significant evolution from their 2021 debut. This new record is a testament to their artistic growth, showcasing a more nuanced and atmospheric sound. The album is a blend of dream pop, ethereal vocals, and lush guitars, with a few intense, discordant moments that add depth and texture.
Recorded in the band's studio, an isolated haven in an industrial district, the album captures the essence of a retreat from the bustling city.
